Which air conditioners do you clean?
Existing wall-mounted split-system air conditioners. This service does not cover ducted systems or refrigeration work. If you are unsure about your unit, ask Tim before booking.
Is the $200 price including GST?
Yes. Cleaning starts from $200 including GST per unit. We confirm the final price based on your unit, its condition, access and the cleaning scope before work starts.
Can you clean more than one unit?
Yes — include the number of split systems in your enquiry so we can quote the full visit and allow enough time.
My unit is not cooling. Is this a repair service?
No. This is a cleaning service, not a refrigeration repair service. Tell us about any faults before booking. Refrigerant leaks, regassing and refrigeration repairs require a suitably licensed refrigeration technician.
What should I do before the visit?
Make the area around and below the indoor unit accessible, move fragile items and have the remote control available. Let us know about access restrictions when you enquire.
