What counts as a simple fan replacement?

A straightforward swap uses the existing fan position, suitable wiring, ceiling support and access. New positions, extra wiring, changes to controls or difficult access may need additional work. We’ll confirm the scope and quote extras before proceeding.

Can I choose a fan with a light or remote?

Yes. Let us know your preferences and we’ll help identify suitable options. The existing wiring and controls will be checked as part of the quote.
